Conditions for drawing the discount:

• The discount can only be applied through tickets purchased online in advance. It can be used for 30 days from the purchase of tickets regardless of the date of stay. This means that you can buy a ticket, for example, in March for June and book a stay within 30 days.

• The ticket must be submitted when booking the stay, it cannot be used retroactively during or after the stay. Money already paid for a stay at Hotel Lázně Kostelec cannot be refunded due to the ticket.

• The 10% discount on accommodation applies to all guests (not only to the booker).

• The discount on one ticket cannot be applied repeatedly.

• The discount can be used both for recreational stays (accommodation with meals) and for spa stays with procedures. The discount always applies to the amount of accommodation.

 

The second discount option applies to holders of valid Zoo Zlín Family cards – for them we provide a 15% discount on accommodation.

Conditions for drawing the discount:

• If you present (or send a photographed or scanned) valid Zlín Family card when booking your stay, you will receive a 15% discount on accommodation.

• A valid Zlín Family Zoo card must be documented when booking your stay, the discount cannot be applied retroactively after your stay. Already paid money for a stay at Hotel Lázně Kostelec cannot be refunded due to the Zlín Family Zoo card.

• The 15% discount on accommodation applies to all guests (not only to the booker).

• The discount can be used both for recreational stays (accommodation with meals) and for spa stays with procedures. The discount always applies to the amount of accommodation.

• The holder of the Zlín Family Zoo card does not have to be accommodated in order for the discount to be applied (it is sufficient if the card is presented or sent photographed or scanned when booking). The discount can be used by Zlín Family Zoo card holders to accommodate their family members or friends who come to visit the Zoo.
