The hotel and Spa of Kostelec are located near the city Zlin, in the beautiful countryside of this foothills of the "Hostynske and Vizovicke vrchy" (Hills). Since 1994 the complex has been owned by the Zlinsat Ltd.The hotel caters to spa visitors and other guests and thanks ti its swimming pool, tennis court, golf course (9 holes) as well as "Indoor Golf course", roomsfor social and bussiness events and nearby located ski slopes enables recreation and spa treatment all year round.

The hotel has 86 double rooms with the possibility of extra bed, with shower and WC, telephone and TV-sat. There is a café, restaurant, bar, night club (disco and live music), lounges on the ground floor and personal lift. The lounges which can seat 20, 40, or 120-200 people are used for bussiness meetings, parties as well as expert and scientific conferences.
